Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any indicative timelines or price ranges shown on this site are estimates for guidance only. Scope, fees and delivery dates are agreed in a separate written proposal signed by both parties.
Project work and ownership
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, ownership of custom software we deliver transfers to the client on full payment. We retain the right to reuse our own general tools, libraries and methods across projects.

Information you share with us about your business and operations is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and deliver your project.
Liability
The content of this website is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Orchestr is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability for delivered project work is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
